Sharp Search Partners started from a simple belief: hiring should be clear, honest, and purposeful. We saw too many searches dragged out by unclear processes and mismatched expectations. Our mission became straightforward - cut through the noise and connect the right people with the right roles.

Meet Our Founder
Kerry Kudrat
Kerry built his recruiting foundation in technology search, working across software engineering, infrastructure, enterprise software, cybersecurity, product, and customer-facing technical roles for startups and multinational tech companies in Japan.
After relocating to the United States, he launched Sharp Search Partners to deepen his understanding of recruiting beyond traditional agency execution, including outbound strategy, market mapping, positioning, and how companies make critical hiring decisions under uncertainty.
That experience shaped a more structured and commercially aware recruiting approach centered around role clarity, disciplined qualification, direct sourcing, and honest market calibration.
